The Lovira is a Pakistani-based lifestyle brand offering high-quality fashion, jewelry, and accessories designed to bring elegance and style to your everyday life.

2. Where is The Lovira based?

We’re proudly based in Pakistan, with our main operations in Karachi/Lahore (update location if needed). We deliver nationwide and are expanding to international shipping soon.

3. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website:

  2. Select your desired product and size

  3. Add it to your cart

  4. Proceed to checkout and fill in your delivery details

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan

  • Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa / MasterCard)

5. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days for major cities

  • Remote areas: 5–7 working days
    You’ll receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.

6. How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 3,000.
For orders below that, a small Rs. 250 delivery fee applies.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes! We offer a 3-day exchange policy if:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • You received the wrong or defective item

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use it to track your parcel through our courier partner’s website.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan, but we’re working on expanding to UAE and UK soon!
